"My wife and I are very pleased with Frontline Consultants & Contracting. We have needed to replace our roof for sometime now and Frontline gave us a more then reasonable price. They were very upfront with costs before and during the process. Calling and keeping us updated every step of the way. Everyone we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to complete our roof within two days, in the hot AZ heat. They made sure all sides of the house were cleaned up before they left. "Mike was great. He called to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time. He went right to work- moving through each task promptly. As he went about mounting the curtain rods he asked appropriate questions- are you going to hang curatins? down to the floor or where? etc..Before hanging each he would check with me on placement to make sure I was happy with the placement. He quickly assessed what needed to happen with the front door- instead of weather stripping- he moved the plate thingy (technical term- I know :)) which helped a lot. Before moving on he had me inspect- I could still see a little bit of light coming in from the bottom- he quickly fixed that and had me take a look again. He did the same for the door to the laundry - the doors had come off the hinges so he quickly fixed them. He quickly disposed of my items- He was very nice and professional throughout the entire encounter. I highly recommend.

"After having an insurance company adjuster examine my roof for hail damage, I contacted Chris Meinhardt of Audubon to do a roof inspection and repair estimate. He arrived on time (actually a little early) and presented himself in a clean and professional manner. He took a reasonable period of time to do a complete inspection of the roof for hail damage and reported his findings to me. He was not in a rush and explained the extent of damage and how Audubon would do the necessary repairs. He offered to meet with my insurance company to clarify the repairs and costs. After getting several other estimates from roofing contractors, I narrowed down my choice to Audubon and one other company. Chris was very responsive to all my questions and submitted a detailed estimate for my insurance company. Whereas the other contractor did not call me back and when a final estimate was received from them, it appeared unprofessional and lacking in detail. I chose Audubon for my roof repairs. Chris followed up with my insurance company, and although we were unable to get them to buy the entire roof, we did compromise and I was satisfied with the results. The date of the roofing work was scheduled to my satisfaction, and once again, Chris excelled and wrote up a detailed contract with all my special requests for access and cleanliness around the work site. The morning the roofing crew arrived, Brian (Audubon owner) was there to ensure the crew understood all the requirements and to assure me that everything would be done as per the contract. The shingles were installed and every thing was cleaned up by the end of the day. Brian was able to find the exact shingles to match the front slope of the house and also scrambled to get a matching ridge cap. Audubon is an organized and thoughtful company that I can honestly recommend to anyone. I am now thinking of having vinyl siding installed and will certainly get an estimate from Chris as soon as I'm able to proceed."
