I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! "Awesome service! My water heater decided to start spewing water on Memorial Day. I put out feelers on another website and Doug called me on his way home from vacation. He set up an appointment for Tuesday and was there right on time. I had other quotes, but Doug's customer service and quote were the best! I called him on Tuesday afternoon to accept his bid, he said it would be Thursday or Friday to get it installed. He called me on Wednesday afternoon to say it would be Thursday. "I contacted 3 Shimy's Home Maintenance & Repair because I had several small works of repairs and installation to do very quickly, following the move-out of our tenants.
