"Ace had installed an A/C unit for me about 7-8 years ago and that was the unit that broke down. The good: The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in helping me get this covered by my home warranty company. The bad: 1) Tech showed up 5 to 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I don't have a problem with that but needed to put a bad grade on it. 2) The office was difficult to work with in getting their cooperation in working with my home warranty company. Their policy is that they do not work with home warranty companies. Eventually they were cooperative given that I was paying for the services and that my home warranty company would reimburse me. 3) The pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I paid $950 for 2 capacitors, a spliced wire and about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor. I understand there is a bunch of overhead cost and labor costs, however, $950 seems to be excessively high. Fortunately my home warranty company covered this cost. In summary, I was mostly disappointed in the high cost given that I was a previous customer. I was also disappointed with the difficulty I had in getting them to cooperate with my home warranty company when there was no risk of financial payment to Ace. I will not use Ace for any of my homes in the future."

"Went great. I had an old 46 inch TV removed from the wall in my living room and they installed a new 65 inch TV and programmed it. I am also a cord cutter in regards to cable. They installed a TV antenna in the attic and they activated three outlets in my three bedrooms. The TV antenna is great because the picture is fantastic and I receive a ton of signals; its a great way to save money from cable. Justin the owner came out and did the initial estimate and he was fantastic to speak with. Justin's two employees that came out to do the install were great and they worked non stop while they were at my home and they were easy to speak to if I had questions. They worked the entire day at my home. I will have them come back to hang two other TV's in my other two bedrooms. Service was fantastic and I am super happy."

The previous owner had installed a keyed lock and did not provide the keys to it. Larry answered the phone on Sunday morning and was at the house 30 minutes later. It took him under a minute to unlock the door. Fast service! I will use this company again."

"I purchased a special of $99 for two hours of electrical labor.  I was given an AM window for Saturday 11/21st.  On that Saturday, I received a call at 7:20am stating that they could not send someone out to my house because they had someone call out and were therefore short-staffed.  I told the person on the phone that I really needed the service done as it was in anticipation of company I was having over for Thanksgiving.  The person said he did not like to have to postpone but at least I was the first customer he called to notify that a technician would not be out to provide service.  Even though it was not going to be done before Thanksgiving, I went a head and rescheduled for Saturday, December 5th.  When Dec. 5th rolled around, the same guy called me (coincidentally at 7:20am again) and told me that they needed to reschedule because they were having their company holiday party that day.  I reminded him of our previous conversation (which he seemed to vaguely remember) and I told him he had assured me someone would be out on Dec 5th.  I told him that if a technician was not going to be able to come over and complete the work on that day, then I would just prefer to get a refund.  He said no, it would not be necessary to get a refund, he would make sure someone got there to do the work.  Eventually, two technicians came out to do the work (I believe one was in training or shadowing the other person).  In terms of the two technicians, I have only good things to say about them.  They were both professional, respectful, and took the time to explain the how and why to their approach for installing the light switch.  I think they did a great job and I am happy with the end result.  However, the last minute rescheduling in November followed by an attempt to reschedule a second time was enough to make me consider other electrical providers in the future.
