"I highly recommend Zona Floors!!! I hired them to install some Pergo flooring that I purchased, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did!! Audrey came out for an estimate right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days of contacting them, which I really appreciated because I was looking to have the floor done as soon as possible. The guys that came to install the flooring were on time and did such a great job. Their attention to detail was impeccable!! The floor looks absolutely perfect without any defects! I look forward to working with them again when I'm ready to install the remaining flooring. A service!!!"

"The company did an amazing job, they came and installed a sliding barn door for my laundry room and it turned out amazing!"

"As a Realtor, I come into contact with a lot of contractors. Most never answer their phones or take forever to return your calls. Tamara and Regal Bath & Kitchens are the exceptions! Tamara with Regal Bath & Kitchens was amazing to work with, we had both bathrooms remodeled as well as kitchen countertops replaced and new flooring installed. All while we were out of town prior to moving in which increased our stress level as we had to find contractors we could trust to come and go into our vacant home to get the job done "unsupervised". Tamara made this easy and stress-free for us. She worked with my wife and me at every step in the process and made sure we were happy. When there was an issue (as there always is in construction) Tamara was fast to communicate the issue and often provided solutions that we would never have thought of ourselves. Tamara and Regal are professional and do quality work, we will always use Regal in the future! Thank you, Tamara and Team, for all your hard work!"

"Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."

"The project went really well.  They were really professional and cleaned up afterwards really good.  They took out the carpet and removed it for free, and then put our base boards back on afterwards.  I had ordered engineered wood flooring and then I was referred to them from an ad I saw online.  They came out and gave an estimate, and they provided world class service.  I love my wood floors and would recommend to anyone.

Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

"I had a very pleasant experience with the friendly and prompt service by Pro floors! From the purchase of my flooring to the installation everything was terrific. My new floors are gorgeous!"

"We had a complete closet demo and remodel.
Complete Tub fixture replacement.
Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

We started Feb 26. I had planned a basic remodel. My big splurge was to be granite counter tops which I bought from them and shower rebuilds.    But my microwave had died and my bathtub was backing up for 3 weeks. My sower was leaking into the kitchen too.   Drano no longer worked.  The back up messed up my tub, tile and walls.  So Nathan recommended to tear out the tub and pipes based on the drainage issue and we went shopping.  I told them to stick to my budget   since I was not sure what problems my old house would have.  But I picked out the fixtures and new appliances.

I was not  prepared for the pipe damage but they listened to me, when I agreed to have the pipes replaced and suggested the shortest route in the house.  Thankfully my baths and kitchen are interconnected.  Within a week they tore up the foundation and the next week replaced the pipes and plastered the floors.  At 4 weeks they did the new floors. At five weeks the plastering and painting  for new walls.  At five weeks the new cabinets went in while  the bathroom showers were completed.  Several times they went beyond the contract and painted the hall, repaired plaster in the living room, installed hosing for the ice maker, towel racks in the bathrooms, shower rod, and extra cabinet in the family bath with no additional charge.  Now they are finishing the final details, so it will be easy for me to put in a backsplash, under cabinet lighting and new curtains myself.

I have a lot of trust that they will the job well. If I have any feedback, they listen to me.  If I am not happy, they work to fix the issues.  I picked out the cabinet colors, tile, and countertops from their showroom.  I am really happy with the quality of the work.

"Executive Hardwood was very professional. Their installation pricing was better than everyone else I'd received an estimate from and the quality of work was second to none. I'd recommend them to anyone!"
