"Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!"

"I contracted with Jocia Construction to do major repairs on a recently purchased home that was in a state of disrepair. The project included, among other things, installing solar tubes/sky lights in two room, re-modeling the sunroom, painting the entire interior of the home and replacing flooring though-out the entire home. There were additional items that came up as the project went on, John and Trisha listened to what I requested, if it was something not advisable they explained why and helped find a solution to my satisfaction. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. All debris was removed each day. They kept the schedule we agreed to. I have recommended them to friends who are equally as pleased with their work. Jocia Construction goes above and beyond to be sure their clients are happy. Their work is top notch."

"I wish I could give 6 stars! A+++ 1) They stayed in communication from initial request to final completion. 2) They were CLEAN! The first thing they did every day was put down tarps on the path they were walking through the house. They even put up plastic to protect the light fixture on the wall in the bathroom! When they were done on the final day, not a spot of construction dust to be seen anywhere. 3) Fast turnaround. My father-in-law needed a walk-in shower with safety bars after his time in the hospital. They completed it on the day they said it would be done, even with the unexpected power outage in our neighborhood that lasted hours. Since this was during the stage of breaking out the existing concrete, they had to work longer and harder with those battery tools. But they did it without hesitation. 4) The final project looks exactly as was shown on the tablet during the initial discussion about the work request."

"We hired this company for a home addition, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They misled us from the beginning, making promises about what was possible that turned out to be untrue. The workmanship was extremely poor, and they ultimately abandoned the project before it was finished. I was forced to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors due to the serious problems. To make matters worse, items went missing from my garage while their crew was on site. In my opinion, this company showed a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. They lied to us, failed to deliver, and left us with a mess to clean up. I would strongly caution anyone considering them ? don?t make the same mistake we did."
