"I have been using the same person for carpet cleaning for the past 4 years and decided to give Ninja a try. I moved into my home and when I did back in April of 2019, it smelled of dog pee. I got a puppy at the time I moved into this same house, and my dog decided to use my carpet as his potty. I have gotten my carpets cleaned from the other company 2-3 times in the year I have lived there and after a week, the smell was back and the stains from the pee and poop were still there. I had Chuck and his team come over and when I walked into my house the first time after they cleaned the carpets, there was no pee or animal smell at all, and I have 3 dogs. He used a special pet deodorizer and a new carpet cleaning tool called "The Claw" and the stains and smell are GONE! I am raving about them to all my friends and family and am a client for LIFE! "I had a frustrating experience with this contractor. After installation, two of the tiles were hollow underneath and Bruce said he would come back out if there was ever a problem with them. Also have drainage issues. No where for the water to go because Bruce refused to install drains like we asked. Bruce said the water will be fine. I reached out to Bruce for corrections, but he has not returned to fix the problems or answered messages. The lack of response and attention to detail was very disappointing.?"
