We had a list of items to do, install fans and put them on switches and dimmer, make switchable outlets hot, add outlets, add an outdoor outlet. Bill always provided different options and explained the pros and cons of each as well as pricing. In some cases he provided options we hadn't thought about and we took his suggestions. His work was neat, done in a timely manner and the pricing was fair. He even added a few tweaks and extras along the ways that may have been small but would improve customer satisfaction with the job. I'd hire them in a second again and will when I need additional work done. Bill thought of everything and took the customer view on everything. "Called Justin the owner at about 10 or 10:30 on Friday Jan 13 and his brother installed a replacement electric baseboard heating unit by 10:30 on Saturday January 14 for only a nominal extra charge for Saturday. Devon his brother could not have been nicer and more professional and insured that the rest of the wiring for the entire house was fine including the extensive wiring for baseboard heat throughout the house. I intend to have them come replace te rest of the units that need replacing"
