Leslie came out and thoroughly inspected my furnace with multi-meter in hand. Turns out one of the wires (an important one I guess) wasn't getting power from the circuit board. Despite having a number of calls still to attend to that afternoon, Leslie made a point to get to the one parts place in Denver before they closed. He then let me know he could install it first thing the next morning. Throughout the whole process, the communication was wonderful and timely, the information and explanations were easy to understand (I don't speak HVAC, and I feel the two trips, parts and labor were more than fairly charged.
