"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

He'll look at something and instead of just fixing it cosmetically, he'll dig deeper to find the root of the issue and goes above and beyond to solve it for you. He has always listened to what I want, and jumps right in to make really good and honest recommendations. I ordered a shower door and it was missing some parts, and he took the initiative to call the manufacturer and get it taken care of for me. I would really recommend him to anyone looking! I have moved around a lot and dealt with numerous contractors, and I've never worked with anyone that I can trust will do it right and for a reasonable price. He has integrity and is most interested in doing the right thing. He has a lot of experience, and is very well networked in the area for anything outside of his scope of ability.
