Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

"I hired Moving APT early last year when I relocated for work. The move was approximately, an 8-hour drive away from my home. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. I would consider the cost of the move fair as it was booked a few weeks out. The only two issues I had were that the movers arrived a day later than I requested. Because of this, I had to stay in a hotel. Also, my boxspring arrived with a hole in it. Basic insurance was included in the cost of my move and customer service kindly expedited payment to me. I have hired other companies for long distance moves in the past and out of all of them, I had the best experience with Moving APT."

"The initial quote was a good one. The initial deposit payment process I was skeptical about, because, they use a payment system called Plaid, which requires you to pay using your bank account number, after doing my research, I found that Plaid was legit, then WorldClass made it easier for me to pay my initial deposit. The WorldClass Moving storage guys came out to pick up my furniture as planned. Once they picked up, I was able to pay by Zelle. The moving coordinators Janice,Sarah and Don were all very polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they give more reminders of your appointed move date and an ETA on the before or day of your move. Otherwise, so far I have no complaints, looking to receive my furniture arrive at its destination in a couple of weeks. I'll do another review of the final move transport process."

"On picking the vehicle up in Maryland, I had all kinds of problems with where their truck would go in order to obtain the vehicle.  I couldn't park the vehicle in the airport surface lots because their trucks couldn't get in it easily and had to park it, unlocked with the keys under the floor mat, in the parking lot of a shopping center in a not so good neighborhood.  When the vehicle arrived in Denver, they required the balance of their fee to be paid in cash.  I was in training for my new job on this day and they wouldn't bring the car to my office building because they didn't like having to drive in a downtown location so I had to run to an auto repair shop (which I was going to bring the car in for service at some point), give them $800 IN CASH, and ask them to receive my vehicle from this company.
While my car was not damaged and the delivery timeframe was good, I had too many headaches/problems with pick up and drop off locations that I would never again use this company for my transporting needs.  In fact, I didn't even tip the driver.  I was really annoyed with the incompetence.  I mean, really, you haul vehicles for a living and you're gonna be scared to drive down a downtown street?  It was all about making it convenient for THEM, not their customer.

"I moved from Maryland to Fort Worth,Texas and the move went good. It took 2 weeks to get my items and they explained all delays and provided detailed updates throughout the entire process. I felt completely safe using their services being that every time I had a question they had an answer. Overall great job. I would definitely recommend."

"We received many estimates on a very small move that we had from MS to CT. I was "warned" about all the brokers, etc., I read many reviews, some good, some bad on Protected Van Lines. However, I can say our move was handled professionally and without any issues. The trucking firm was State to State Move and they handled everything as if it were our most prized possession. Krista was outstanding, she kept us up to date on where they were in the move since we were having to coordinate with someone else on the CT end.The only thing that came up was on the delivery end in CT, the street was too narrow for the moving van to get to the house. A shuttle was required and it did cost a little more than the estimate; however, it's was there in black in white that additional cost would be incurred if a shuttle was required. If I have another move for any distance I would definitely contact Protected Van Lines"
