Jeremy was very responsive and easy to deal with and checked back to make sure the problem was resolved. These days "five stars" has diminished in meaning, but this truly was excellent service!"

"The two guys who came were personable and professional. However, they didn't disconnect the duct at the dryer end and I ended up needing to do so myself to clean the flex-vent connecting the dryer to the main duct myself. When doing so, I discovered that the duct within the dryer cabinet itself seemed loose. I ended up hiring an appliance repair guy recommended by Angie's List to check into it and it turns out that the connection between the internal duct and the fan housing had never been taped when it was installed. The dryer cabinet was completely coated with a thick layer of lint. It was apparent that the internal duct had been disconnected for years, so this is in no way the fault of the duct cleaners."
