In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product.
