"A damaged tongue and groove hardwood piece was removed and replaced and entire floor area refinished. The original sanding when this floor was installed (not by Clark's) was not a quality job and Clark's craftsmen were able to bring it up to a much more acceptable level. Their "atomic dust free system" was amazing and well worth the extra money paid for the service. After completion of the job, even the walls in the room which were not covered were dust free. The refinishing job they performed matches other hardwood throughout the house and we are very pleased with the job."

My only complaint on the customer service side was that I was told I was to receive a discount upon signing, but never did. Quote was reasonable, but hate being lied too. "Clayton was excellent to work with. Very professional, knows his craft and is very highly skilled. He installed Laminated floors in 5 bedrooms and inside the accommodating closets. He helped make a lower bedroom complete (it was a pass through from the garage that the prior owner had made into a bedroom, permits were obtained but the owner didn’t change the concrete floor) he leveled up the concrete floor adding plywood and installed the laminated floors. "When I called for an estimate I was surprised at how quickly Mr. Straus was able to come. I knew the carpeting I wanted and he was able to get it in a reasonable time. (The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception.
