They advertise on their website they know Bosch, not too sure about that. For some reason the softner dispenser will never drain. I did ask Sunny/alias Bill about that. Unable to diagnose. I was going to have him look at the dryer, but changed my mind. Sunny/Alias Bill was a very Honest/ nice person and I would not want to reflect a negative review on him. However, Sunny Appliance Repair, the bill did not reflect the discount. Not a good way to win over a new customer! I would use them again with a repair I already understand whats wrong, however not for any type of maintenance repair"
