"Reached out to Dell's on a Sunday night, "Shaquelle" called early the next morning, and a technician, "Michael", was here at 11:00 am. Shaquelle and Michael were both professional and helpful. Michael recommended replacement versus repair for best cost effectiveness. While my washer could not be repaired, I was only charged $80 for both the trip and diagnostic fee. I felt the service was efficient, fair and honest, and I would use them again."

Within three hours of the service call, Corey (Ice Man) was on site, fixing it. Our service call window was 12-2pm, and he was onsite by 12:30pm.
