"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"Leo was the first one to respond to my posting on Angi's list and he was quick to provide a quote over the phone, after seeing the pictures of the areas needing tile work. He had the manpower to do the job and was available right away. His crews started the job the next week. Demo work took 5 people, and install work took 2 crew. They were very efficient, clean and professional. Only issue was language, as some crew did not speak English. Overall work was very high quality. I will hire them again to do my master bath shower."

"I spoke with 6 or 7 tile contractors before hiring Jake. The first couple of of people I spoke with was part of the learning process for me. After that, I knew what I wanted to accomplish and what the problems were. I asked Jake to give me some suggestions as to how to solve the problem and he came up with a great idea that I subsequently used. His bid was reasonable and fair. His work product is great-just what I was hoping for. Each day after he left, he cleaned up, vacuumed, folded up drop cloths and left the area as neat as it could be. He communicates well, and although the job was finished a little later than planned, that was due to an error on my part. Nevertheless, he worked late one day in order to get finished. I would highly recommend him. In fact I plan on using him on another job in a few month."

This was a challenging scenario needing the tile set into a fireplace hearth between the main tile that was already laid and the surrounding hardwood floors.
