From the minute they arrived, AJ was like a maestro conducting his very capable crew to establish a containment area to prevent dust and debri from permeating the rest of the house. Every effort was made to cover furniture, speakers and carpet with plastic. From there, it only got better. AJ and crew made short work of jack hammering the floor, tunneling under the existing paneled wall without disturbing the paneling and trim. This alone saved me a few thousand dollars on repair and replacement. His crew continuous swept and discarded debri to ensure a clean work area.. Without even asking, his guys installed the drains for our furnace condensation line, softener and dehumidifier within the french drain system. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised. "We started having issues with our foundation settling. We searched on line for foundation repair companies in our area. We decided to get 3 estimates. Because of their great reviews we called AFS first. Robert Stringfield showed up to explain our issues and gave us an estimate for the job needed. First of all Robert was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about foundation repair. He spent a great deal of time measuring and surveying the issues, causing our foundation to settle. He also found some mold that we were unaware of. He also observed some large cracks in our concrete driveway. After he completed his through inspection, he proceeded to show us the problems we were having by using pictures on his laptop. He then went into great detail explaining how AFS would take care of all of our issues, foundation, mold and driveway. He presented three options that we could choose from. 1. support to stabilize foundation. 2. support to stabilize foundation and install drain system with sump pump. 3. support to stabilize foundation and install drain system with sump pump and totally encapsulate the crawlspace. We chose the third option and decided to have our driveway repaired. AFS does offer low cost financing and a discount for package deals. Also included is a life time warranty, that covers a parts and labor, that is transferable should you sell your house. We also got estimates from RamJack and American Foundation Repair, but because of Robert and the great reviews AFS had, we chose them to do our job. The workers showed up on time and completed our job in five days. Everybody we dealt with at AFS was great! We would highly recommend AFS to get your job done. It was a very expensive job, but gave us the security of knowing it was done right. A rule I have learned over the years: Good work is not cheap. Cheap work is not good."

They arrived on time and by the time they were finished, I couldn't spot a single leaf on my front, back or side yard (these are decent-sized pieces of land). "I hired Plymouth Nursery after speaking with several neighbors who recommended this company. I met with John the owner and found him to be very knowledgeable and very professional. I moved into my home in November of 2020 and discovered that when it rained there was a tremendous amount of water that would build up in front of my front t door. John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . In addition Plymouth Nursery installed a flag stone porch and walk way with Belgium blocks as a border. Lighting was included in the package as well as new shrubs and plants. The team that worked on my property were very courteous and professional. John checked on the status of his team every day and kept me well informed. The end product exceeded my expectations and my family is very pleased with the final product. I found John to be honest and true to his word. I am very satisfied with Plymouth Nursery and would hire them again in a second . It is difficult to find a reliable contractor who provides detailed scope of work with itemized costs. John was great to work with and his team members cleaned the site every day. I had 3 quotes and Plymouth Nursery was the only contractor who provided an itemized scope of work and a company who I felt comfortable dealing with."

"We had a French drain installed in our basement, along with two sump pumps. From what I can tell, the work was performed correctly and to the specifications outlined in the contract. I found Shawn, the owner, to be responsive, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Overall, the crew that installed the trench and sumps arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in 3 days, leaving a clean basement behind. For the sake of fair balance, I will detail two issues in the service I received. The first had to do with the condition of my footer when the trench was dug. As they were digging, I noted that in one section of the wall, the footer appeared have been damaged by their jack hammering. Upon calling Shawn about this issue and sending him pictures of the damage, he stated that it was related to how large the footer was and how the footer was poured when the house was built. He also assured me that the footer was in good condition and the part they chipped away was not load bearing and had no impact on the structural integrity of the foundation. This seemed to be a reasonable explanation so I thought nothing of it. The second issue had to do with cracks in the basement floor. Before the work was started, there were one or two visible cracks in the floor. Yet, after their work was complete there were well over a dozen visible cracks. Upon calling Shawn again, he stated that his jackhammers could not have caused that damage and there might have been smaller cracks that got larger when they began working. I do not have photographic proof to dispute this explanation so I can only cite my memory regarding the condition of the basement floor; however, in combination with the first issue it makes me wonder how much care was taken when they dug the trench. Not being structural engineer or having photographic proof, I can not refute the explanations given to me, but my advice to others would be to photographically document the condition of your basement prior to getting work done and carefully watch the work being performed."
