He was very thorough in his explanation of the problems and water heater systems. "Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."

"Frank and his crew (Brian and Gary) were absolutely fantastic. They took out a coat closet in our entryway and built a vestibule (installing tiles, wainscoting, doors, etc.), which turned out stunning. They also installed crown moulding, took out a closet and refinished the wall, took out carpet on stairs and in the office and replaced it with wood-flooring (or refinished the wood-flooring underneath), installed a dog door and two chandeliers, remodeled a fireplace (installing tiles around it and at the hearth + building a mantle). We were extremely happy with the result! Frank and his crew are professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous. They moved our furniture around with great care and cleaned the house after the work was finished. We will definitely hire them again in the future!"

"Gerry is terrific! He remodeled 2 bathrooms for us in our previous home and 1 so far (2 more to go) in our current home. He worked within our budget for each project and the work was exceptional. He is on time, clean and fairly priced. We are a busy household with 2 dogs and the projects were done quickly and did not drag on forever! He keeps you in the loop constantly and works out issues with you as they arise and never assumed anything. Gerry has also done floor work and wood work on other projects in our homes.
