"Justin arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. He advised me to call him if there were any further problems. The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement.
