"Doug Furko was nothing short of a life saver for us. We had an emergency situation as a small portion of the house was discovered to have been damaged by termites. This section of the house, which included some major bay windows, had to be rebuilt and/or replaced. Doug was there, carefully and daily giving us updates on estimates of the damage discovered and what he recommended could be done. His team completed the work under trying weather conditions, in a timely fashion, and the costs were about half of what we had expected them to be. Every one of his workers we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Moreover, he was able to save the windows (termites don't eat windows, although other builders told us we would have to replace them). The new part is termite-free, beautiful, even elegant. We will be forever grateful that we found him and that he could do the work for us."

"I had bids from 3 kitchen and bath renovators and BKG came in far below the other businesses. I read good reviews about them so I decided to hire them. My design specialist was Terra Brubaker in the South Hills showroom. She was extremely helpful with choosing the cabinets and quartz countertops. She spent quite a bit of time with me through the process by answering questions about installation and appliance purchases. Installation went smoothly however there were a few minor things that needed adjusting after install so Terra made sure everything was perfect and sent the installers back to the house. I would highly recommend using BKG. The price and the product is one of the best in the Pittsburgh area. Thank you BKG! I have before and after pictures of my kitchen in the review."
