I continued feeling positive for several weeks until one day I saw that the ceiling in my entryway was leaking - AGAIN - the very reason we had demolished and decided to redo the bathroom. I was very relieved it wasn't the shower because I was super nervous they'd have to rip the whole thing up. Fortunately, it was just that the old pipes to the new pipes didn't transition and connect securely enough so they tightened it, tested it out, made sure the leak was gone, and then all in the same day - they put dry wall back, painted and cleaned everything up. And now there's no leak, and I'm SUPER happy again. I honestly cannot believe how immediately Ryan responded, how quickly they came out, and how rapidly they resolved the problem - all without ever giving me any headache. So, if you need a bathroom renovation done and you also want someone who is trustworthy and sticks to their word and is willing to make sure they've done a good job so that you're happy even after a month goes by - go with Fuqua.
