"It went well. The guys who installed the water heater were very professional and answered my questions."

"Was able to replace our water heater same day and it couldn’t of been easier for us."

"We had our water softener replaced and it went so smoothly. David and his son did great work and were very flexible with our schedule!"

"Talk about above and beyond. Dorian texted me immediately and FaceTimed to instruct how to shut off the gas and water line at 8 o’clock at night. He was at my door before 8 the next morning ready to work. He had the water heater replaced and the area cleaned up before I heard from another plumber. The work was excellent and he was the most cost effective. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone needing his services."

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"DRF installed our water heater through Sears. The only problem we had was Sears prices for the additional work needed to install the water heater were too high."

"Gary fixed a water heater for me in a prompt and efficient manner. He offered me a number of repair options, which I appreciate. He had the parts needed on the truck, which made the job much smoother. I am always shocked at the cost of repairs, and I suppose Gary's price was right in line with others."
