The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! "Given an estimate for two people at $120 hour for four hours $500 with a 10% military discount $450. Heater came in on a Friday installed following Tuesday. Got one Person for 1.5 hours of labor with my help and still charged the $450. Company had to come back and cover pipes, leak test and check flame quality. If you receive a hourly labor rate ask if it will be billed as an overall job. I was under the impression it was going to be at the hourly labor rate. if it comes back as a job then it can take and hour or seven but the job rate will cover that."
