"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"It went very well. The gentleman's name that did the work is Brett. He did an excellent job. He was professional. He would ask questions through out the job to make sure we where satisfied with the decisions. The cleanup went very well. He did a very good job on the details of the siding."

"Alex was a great project manager for our new roof and siding. He was highly responsive, keeping us updated on the schedule and material deliveries. We especially appreciated how well they coordinated the crew to minimize disruption. Within a week we had a whole new exterior! The project was completed on time, and the results look great. The crews were highly efficient. Any minor issues were addressed immediately and to our full satisfaction. The craftsmanship on both the new roof and siding is top-notch, and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Alex and H&F to anyone considering a home exterior project"."

"Midtown Home Improvements did a beautiful job in replacing my deck. From start to finish, the personnel was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how soon the project would be finished. The workers that completed the job were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in replacing my deck. After the deck had been completed, they cleaned up the old wood and picked up the materials that weren't used."

"I had some siding repair work that needed to be done. Mike and his crew did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to for any siding project."

"There was a crew of three and it took two or three days days. It looks great and everybody that comes to my house compliments me on my front walkway. They left the area completely clean."

"We had some recent storm damage that was minor (all things considered) and had called a few other local companies. Everyone wanted to quote us for an entire new side of siding - until Zykan Exteriors! They not only said they could do it, but were prompt in responding to the request and sent a team out within 48 hours. The team was friendly and it did not take them long to get the job done. It may have been just a small fix, but being taken seriously and not simply downplayed is a definite win in the book. Would highly recommend them for any size job in the St. Louis area - you won’t regret it!"

"Brian responded promptly to my request for a quote. (Some of the 4 or 5 contractors that came out never even got back with me.) His pricing was very competitive and his timing was great. The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents. Brian was always immediately available on his cell phone or to come to the house for clarification. I am very pleased with the new roof!
