He diagnosed the problem and said he would be able to install the water heater within four days. He called the night before the install to let me know the expected arrival time and the amount of time it would take to complete the install. He showed up at 9am, as promised, and, before 11am, the water heater was installed and tested. I am extremely pleased and would consider Rapid for any other plumbing needs."

He put on booties to cover his feet when he walked in and placed a cover on the carpet, very neat and clean. He came on time. The sink looks better than the original because he sealed it properly.
