"The team I worked with at BAU was great. I hired them to repair some minor vertical and horizontal foundation cracks that were found in a recent general home inspection. Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. The guys were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. Both repair teams also did their own additional checks of the surrounding areas, also greatly appreciated. They were also able to provide before and after pictures, and were respectful of the property."

"Juan and company dug out and leveled backyard to produce a kid friendly play yard with playground mulch and 3 pathways with flag stones. Juan even checked to be sure the play yard mulch did not contain any chemicals harmful to children or pets. Juan also fixed a broken pond pump in my front yard. Highly recommend these guys. "Overall, I was pleased with the result. The scheduling of the initial estimate and the start of the work were not smooth. The estimator missed the original appointment. Later, once I sent my deposit for the work in, I there was no communication for quite some time from anyone. I had to call and ask when they would be coming to do the work. I also had to persuade them to install the Thermal Dry tile, which they initially did not want to do, as they had no experience with it. They did not order enough of the tile, which delayed the job. However, the installers, once they got started, in particular Daniel, were very professional and punctual. My house was recently on a neighborhood Home Tour and half a dozen people wanted to know about the Thermal Dry tiles for possible installation in their own basements. I wouldn't be surprised if that product starts being in high demand."
