After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"An excellent service. I called late Friday for a washing machine repair. I spoke with Sharon Monday morning to arrange for an appointment that day. Sharon and Keith, rearranged their scheduled to meet me. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a reasonable price. They kept me apprised of the possible problems as to what would be repairable and what would be financially not feasible. They also gave me valuable advice on a couple of other appliances to prevent future problems. Very professional and I would definitely use again.."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
