"Awesomely great. Very happy with all repairs."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Unnecessarily frustrating. The quote was written incorrectly and needed to be re-written. I was told that the work could be started in 7-10 business days and would take about 2 days to complete. It took 3 months for them to start and 6 days to complete. The 6 days didn't include the day and a half that it took their punch out guy to correct the work. The office workers could never answer my questions about the schedule, pricing, completion, etc. without talking to Arthur first (owner). Waiting for them to see Arthur and then eventually get back to me was very frustrating. One worker worked barefoot and the other left cigarette butts in my yard. I referred them to my neighbor across the street after getting my quote when I still thought that Wells was a good company. My neighbor called to get a quote and could never get a callback. The only thing that they did quickly was ask for their money. They were supposed to paint the siding but they couldn't tell me when so I canceled that part of the contract and will find another contractor to complete the work."

"Excellent workmanship. Jackie and Dave were there if I had any questions. Very professional and prompt. Had our roof replaced in 2 days. Our Insurance company even recommended them . They said they were a honest and good company to work with. I only had to pay my deductible."

"On time, on quote and well done"

"Vince was very professional - on time, great communication, and friendly. I would gladly (and will!) hire Vince again to do all kinds of work around the house. He also replaced several broken window panes around my home and was really a pleasure to work with."

"They were professional and experienced. I have nothing bad to say about the work or the business"

"They have done several jobs for me. They were able fix my front screen porch, replaced some sink faucets, did some wood floor work, and fixed a couple leaks on my roof. Their prices are very reasonable and I would hire them again."

"We were left hanging by our original contractor. Lorenzo showed up within an hour of contacting him and has remained dedicated to assisting us in brining our vision to life in our new apartment complex."

"The service was fabulous and they're great. The Supervisor on site Miguel did a fabulous job, he kept me informed every step of the way."
