Both needed some additional work- installation of a junction box and hole needed in a plastered wall; filling in of extra space around medicine cabinet rough opening. They also replaced some wood trim around a large tool shed. Job came out great. They were professional and conscientious to take care within my home. Tom and Mike did a very nice job."

"Once I retrieved my bags, I called 303 taxi (I had the number programed in my phone). The dispatcher told me the approximate wait time (5-10 minutes) and the taxi number that would serve me. I asked if it was coming from off property or if the taxi was on the O'Hare property (their staging area). The dispatcher was pleasant and stated the taxi was on the property. The taxi arrived within the time-frame and the driver was as expected. The driver was respectful and took me to my destination directly. Although he programed my destination in his GPS I was backseat driving telling him shorter and quicker ways to go. I liked the idea that he used a GPS, and he wasn't upset or questioning me when I rerouted him. <br /> I also used 303 Taxi when I went to the airport to start my trip.That driver too was professional. <br />"

"Rating a business on how well they do, under perfect conditions, is a no-brainer. The true test of a company's value, is how well they perform when faced with complications on the job. First off, we had a week of extremely bad rain and flooding, which caused a backlog and huge logistic problems for them. We also had trouble locating the property markers, avoiding a storm sewer line and some dead trees, which were in the way, had to be removed. So, the 2 day job lasted several days beyond what we had hoped for. But, in the end, we were delighted with the results. Even as we pressed them on time constraints, they were professional and accommodating. In fact, we were shocked to find the crew, rather than going home, after finishing other jobs, showing up at 5 PM and working tirelessly, until after dark, to ease our anxieties. Karen and John came out and listened to all of our concerns, prior to beginning work. Our garden was not trampled, our neighbors were not inconvenienced and our fence is absolutely beautiful. I contacted 4 companies with my specific needs. Custom's bid was very competitive and that would have been enough for me. But, I selected Custom, because I like people that I can work with and Karen and John are great people to deal with. So, yeah, how can you lose? Good owners/managers, skilled crews, good pricing and a good response to adverse weather conditions and time constraints. Bottom line, Custom Built Fence & Deck was my selection and they are your best choice."
