In two instances, they identified that the cause of leakage was not with the brickwork, but with deteriorated window caulking, or the downspout. We appreciated their honesty. I looked high and low for a company to caulk the exterior of our high third level windows. STAR came through for us. They used a bosun chair to do the job.
