It was not at all the kind of chip one could miss when cleaning the countertop on Thursday evening. Although it was clear to us when the chip must have occurred, it was not at all clear to Lake Shore Restoration, They insisted that we had chipped the countertop ourselves even though we were not in the bathroom. They eventually offered us $250 towards the damage, a small fraction of the cost of replacing the countertop. Although their work was good, we will end up spending double what we budgeted for fixing our grout, not a good experience. "
