At All Clear Exterminating we pride ourselves in providing quality work and great customer service. We offer wood repair, rodent exclusions, fumigations but we also specialize in non-fumigation termite treatments. Our #1 goal is to educate our customers in protecting their home from pests. Our termite inspections are FREE with the only exceptions being escrow and refi's. If an inspection is for a escrow/refi we will charge $199 for a experienced inspector to come out and inspect the entire property, if treatment or repairs need to be made the $199 will be applied to any work performed by All Clear. We understand the importance of building lasting relationships with our clients and we strive to exceed all of our customers expectations.

Mike Hewett the owner and chief service man came over the same day for a free inspection and proposal. He was experienced and knowledgeable and did a through job of the walkthrough. All Clear's proposal did not include "add-ons" and focused on the areas necessary for exterminating the rodents. Although somewhat pricey, Mike agreed to a more reasonable quote. The work that was performed a week later was done well, the two member crew of Jerry and Mike Jr were professional, courteous and flexible in taking input and incorporating them. Mike himself came in to inspect and finish the final piece that involved some ingenuity and creativity. The team has kept their schedule to do the follow up inspections and removal of rodent after the job. Overall, I'd recommend All Clear Exterminating and Mike for the job any day!"

"I wish they had a 10 rating. PLEASE read this before you choose a pest control company. I had a little problem with mice. Now the mice weren't in the attic or foundation, but one of my cute little kitties was bringing them in as gifts for me. Four within a matter of minutes. All alive!!!! I always pick 3 companies when I need something done. I had two come out and Pestcal was the third. Now, you have to understand, unfortunately, when many contractors come to the house and see a little old lady, they think they can take advantage of her. The first company that come out, and they have great ratings here, told me I had rats in the attic, that there were droppings every- where in my house and that the job would cost $6,000. The second company came out and I was told the attic was fine, no problems up there but I had several areas in the foundation that needed fixing. To do the whole job would be $2,500. Then came the third company, Pestcal. Norman was great!! He actually checked the attic, not just poked his head in....no problem up there. Then he checked the perimeter outside...couldn't find any issues out there either. He said there were a couple of areas that could use some attention, but nothing major. Maybe a couple of hundred dollars. FINALLY, AN HONEST COMPANY!!!! Their priority is doing the right thing for the customer. This is the kind of company you want to hire for any work you need done at your home. I'm not going to name the other companies for several reasons, but I don't think Yelp allows that. I just want to reassure you that this is a legitimate review. As you can see by the other reviews the customers are extremely happy with Pestcal."
