When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. "My husband and I wanted to remodel the bathroom off the master bedroom in our 2 bedroom condo. We got theee quotes and Home Renew 360 was the most affordable without being so low that it makes you wonder about quality. We worked with Nathan as our Project Manager and he was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. At this be point something came up that was unexpected due to our building being older and Nathan explained the issue and gave me a quote before any work was done. At another point something came up a few weeks after the project was completed and Nathan had someone out to fix it the next day. The crew that did the work was polite, clean, on time and professional. The only thing I would do differently is paying for the 3d design. Being that this was my first remodel, I was looking for more of a consultation about what type of materials, colors, etc we should go with and this was more of a 3d image. We ended up meeting with someone at Floor & Decor and he was able to help with the selection of products/materials. I would recommend their services and Nathan for anyone looking to do a remodel."
