"I hired Jed to help us take down a wall in our living room and redo the flooring. He was very professional and friendly the entire job. There were a few speed bumps (as there always are) and he was open and honest even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. He kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the job was progressing which I really appreciated. There were some unknown HVAC ducts hiding in the wall and some outlets in my laundry room weren't up to code stemming from when the house was built, so he saved us from a very possible house fire (which the home inspector never noticed when we purchased the house). Jed was able to get an HVAC crew out the next day to allow us to open the wall the way we truly wanted without having to wait another work or 2. He also redid our entire downstairs flooring and it turned out amazing. I highly recommend Jed and if I have any more house remodeling in the future, he will be my first call for sure."
