Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

Which was really nice. Very knowledgeable with the questions that I had. When I researched it the information was exactly right. I liked the way they did their contract. They had it all detailed and I paid as the work was completed. When the floor was done I made a payment. When the cabinets needed to be ordered I made a payment. It was broken down into 6 payments. They didn't have me pay a third up front and that was completely different from everyone else. They cleaned up as they went. "Ivan arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning. He also advised me about the birds nesting. I have since googled and found that to be a common place problem under solar panels. I have since found a solution to the problem which I shared with Ivan. Ivan advised me to go with the cheaper solution and he will help me fashion the other necessary parts to achieve the same effect. Ivan will be back to install this solution when the weather permits it.
