"I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem."

"Our company had a catastrophic plumbing failure after hours last week. I had 6 hours to correct the problem before my 3rd shift team arrived. I called around to many local plumbing shops who were staffed by the same answering/dispatch system, of which, the "had no one in the area that could help tonight". I came across CL. Colin picked up as soon as I called, and was on the road to our plant in minutes. Flooding situation was rectified, clean up executed, and 3rd shift was back on track (with an hour to spare). Well done Colin, well done CL. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your plumbing needs!"

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "was told unit could use up to $500. in parts now and still no guarantee system will survive the summer according to tech. Was quoted from 2,500. to 4,300. for new system. Unit has worked flawlessly since we moved in 4 years ago today. Tech was nice guy, explained how basically playing Russian roulette, fix something that works fine today or go to end of list in July when its 95. Lady or the Tiger?
