"We hired Razzano & Sons to do a complete remodel of our primary bathroom and an upgrade to a second one. They did a great job on both. The two Jerry?s (dad and son) were reliable and did a quality job on both bathrooms. They were also creative in helping us think through solutions for our very old bathrooms with limited space. They showed up on time, and kept the workspace neat and clean, and were very easy to work with. It?s now almost two years later and all the fixtures, tiling, etc. still look great. We are about to hire them for another job, hence, thought to leave a review."

"I found Armagh on Angi. I had a ceiling/attic trap door mishap on Friday 11/24. Called today, 11/27 at 9:30 am. Raymie agreed to come out and repair the spring @5:30 pm. Verbal agreement, on time and fixed the spring. Minimal charge. I will definitely be using Armagh Carpentry for future projects."

"In all cases he put in what he wanted, and in all cases it was a lot cheaper and WITHOUT RECEIPTS . We were charged for the upgrades but did not get them (Refused to provide receipts,even when asked repeatedly (we have texts from him saying NO RECEIPTS, NO RECEIPTS! NO RECEIPTS!). They cut a huge hole in our garage ceiling for I have no reason why. Also one in the bathroom closet. Bought cheaper toilets than the ones we chose. Became very annoyed with my wife, said he would return them but didn't and installed them anyway. This we know because they still had the identifying sticker still on it. They put the wrong flooring in. We picked one that would match the existing hallway floor. It was an upgrade so we were charged more money and they put in the cheap floor anyway. The bathroom tub was supposed to be a nice tub to go with the expensive tiles we picked. They put in the cheapest tub they could buy and refused to take it out. They then put non slip silicone strips on the bottom that makes it look even cheaper. We came to find that the reason for the strips was to hide a chip that was there. They were repeatedly told we wanted SLIDING shower doors. They purchased the cheapest one they could find with a door that opens out. We asked for power flush jet toilets. They purchased watersense toilets, got mad when we told them it was not what we wanted. Finally said they would return them but put them in anyway. They left the water sense sticker on them is how we were sure. . There were cabinets put in without spacing and as a result the doors and drawers wouldn't open without scraping against the one beside it. We had to replace and buy new ones. The countertop was installed without having a plumber come in beforehand and set up the drain, so now installation of a garbage disposal is impossible without removing the countertops and cabinets. In both bathrooms, the wall niches have mostly gray and dirty white half inch thick threshold pieces to box them out (our bath is brown based) that were cut short at the ends, then filled with gray grout as filler. They couldn't look more horrible. They were also asked to put in white grout to match the brown and white of the bathroom tiles. They put in gray. Towards the end, we asked for proof of license to contract along with receipts. They refused. We told them not to continue work until they could give us receipts and proof of license. The very next day, I came down to find workers there scrambling to finish the job they had so far taken them two months to do. We received numerous and lengthy text messages from them cursing us out, accusing us of sexual impropriety and calling us foul names until we finally had to called the police. Succinctly, this company and the persons we dealt with, Perry Panaccio and his brother Al Panaccio, are a nightmare and not people you ever want have do anything for you! I am seriously considering suing, which I have never done...it is that bad!"

"Horrible customer service experience. The job was not completed to my satisfaction. Major issues: The wall was not leveled to the lawn; therefore exposing the dirt and cracks were filled in with pebbles. I expected the wall to be the same height as the lawn all around. The owner, Stephen was shouting and talking aggressively to me. It was so loud that my neighbors came out to see what was going on. I guess since I am an older black woman, I should except this type of treatment, I say otherwise. All he had to do was add more blocks and I would have paid him. He demanded full payment and claimed to write an another estimate once he figured how to fix the issue. Really? He even threatened to take the wall down. He claimed that he could not tell my property was on a slope -his misjudgment. I ended up with a short wall on one side, a disfigured lawn, and cracks filled in with pebbles. Payment was never the issue. $300.00 added for wall extension prior to demo."
