"This is the second time we hired Mr. Electric, and both visits exceeded our expectations. We have an older house and Jesse and Kyle came over and assessed all of our electrical outlets, quickly and efficiently replacing the ones that needed upgrading. Both technicians were polite, informative and did the work in a highly professional manner. They also obeyed COVID protocols, wearing masks while they worked. They left no mess behind and were terrific from start to finish. We highly recommend Mr. Electric."

"Alex did a great job wiring a outside outlet for us he was very professional and did everything to code."

"George came to look at my electrical issue the same day i called. He looked it over, showed me what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. He came back two days later and took a decades old, unsafe cobbed up mess and restored it to a safe installation that looks good and works great! Pleased beyond words for the work he did for me!!"

"I recently hired Upstate Home Repairs for a variety of tasks around my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every job, whether big or small, was completed perfectly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Steve was friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answering all of my questions. It was clear that he takes pride in the work and values customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate how punctual and reliable Steve was throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who not only does great work but also provides such a positive, stress-free experience. I highly recommend Upstate Home Repairs for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality craftsmanship. Will definitely be calling again for future projects!"

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"These two men were excellent. Showed up when they said they would, made the repairs and left the site clean and tidy. They are both good communicators and made me feel confident in my choice"

"Pat is wonderful! He contacted me after I put out a call for someone to help me with some minor electrical issues. He chatted with me over the phone about my issues and was able to come by and help me out the next day! Very kind, fair, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will be continuing to go to Pat with any future issues or home improvement needs!"

"S&S Services was great to deal with . They got back to me within the day and completed my porch rescreen within the week Communication is excellent and pricing was comparable! I would definitely use S&S Services again !"

"We have used Jeff for over 6 years now for numerous jobs around our home. He is a one of a kind complete maintenance man. Jeff is very well versed in many areas of construction work. His son and himself preform all the work themselves! Jeff is extremely trustworthy, extremely honest, very reputable and just an absolute top notch person! He stays on the job until the job is finished and doesn't skip out to another job while yours is being done. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about him, he is always my first call anytime I need anything done!"

"Vincent came out in a blizzard on a Sunday to help me with my hot water heater. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in a couple of hours and did not overcharge. I will definitely try to use them for all my projects going forward."
