"Hire with Caution! This company installed 4 furnaces for me over the last 3 years in other rental properties I own. I recently purchase another property out of foreclosure and no one has lived there for several months if not at least a year. I knew the furnace was working since I did have the heat on but I wanted them to clean the furnace and check the AC unit as it felt like it wasn't cooling. I also waited after the remodel as I knew both would be dirty afterwards. They went to the property, gave them the code to enter so they could go on their own time as it was still vacant. The feedback from Betlyn was the furnace was cleaned, check and in working order. The AC on the other hand was out of freon and they recommended replacement due to the age of the AC unit. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he gave me a price to replace the furnace and said nothing else. I wanted to obtain another estimate for the AC replacement. When this company came to the property, they called and said the furnace is dirty and there is no air flow at all (see photo). I called Betlyn to find out why they didn't clean the furnace as that was what I paid to have them do. The owner was extremely rude, condescending and just down right disrespectful. He kept asking if I was going to have them replace the AC unit and said the furnace would be cleaned as that was part of the AC replacement price (but they never told me this originally). I asked what was my $110 payment for and he gave me some rude comment and made up story, he even told me the gas wasn't on (which it was as the heat was on). Then he kept asking if I was going to have them do the AC unit, I said I want my furnace cleaned first and then he hung up on me. The bottom-line is don't ever question their work then you will never have to worry about being hung up on. $110 down the drain!"

"Over and above satisfaction!! Nick is an a very courteous and professional HVAC specialist! He called said he serve in 1 hr and he did. He introduced himself made feel I was in good hands!! I let him do his job without concern. In less than an hr he had photos of the issues with my furnace gave me a full explanation as to what was happening assured me there was no danger with the issues. Gave me a breakdown of the cost, ordered the parts and will return as soon as they are received. I’ve made a wise decision by going with Whal!! Thanks Nick!! "
