I know this comes at an additional cost, but it showed that he actually got up on the roof and inspected it before giving me an estimate. "Outstanding in every regard.  With all sorts of horror stories regarding roofers, Toth Roofing  is a standout as being exceptional.  Roof was stripped of shingles, significant amount of new plywood sheeting installed, roof fan replaced, Smart-Vents installed all around, new ridge vent cut in, OCF Tru-Definition Designer shingles installed,  gutters were cleaned and sealed, and some rotted fascia was replaced, new flashing and drip edge all around, and a 2' x 4' vented skylight was replaced.  Each day they cleaned up the work site to the point you wold not know major construction was taking place. I don't hunk I found 2 nails on the ground.   Steve, the owner, was very professional in every regard.  Everything was written in the contract and delivered as specified.  I consider this an excellent value, and couldn't be happier with workmanship and overall result.I would recommend Toth Roofing without reservation."
