From the initial consultations, where we received excellent and knowledgeable advice, through the planning, scheduling, and execution of the job, everything went completely smoothly and on time and on budget. The quality of the work, along with attention to detail, respect for our home, and cleanup were outstanding in every way. The installers, Donnie and Travis, worked hard and meticulously, coming early and staying late, solved some challenging issues, and did a a perfect job. Bob "Ski" who planned the project, did an incredible job of giving excellent advice, guiding us in our choices, managing the work, and always being available for whatever was needed. The whole company, including the people in the office, are first-rate. We love our new floor, and could not be happier with everyone at Riverview. "I am very pleased with my new oak floor purchased from and installed by Young Brothers. The floor, which was installed on my entire first floor, is gorgeous. Bud Young was timely and knowledgeable in providing a price for our project and his recommendations were helpful. The installers Randy and Dave arrived exactly on the date I preferred. They were very skilled at the installation and kept the work area clean and neat. They moved all my furniture (including the piano) as needed and put felt pads on the bottom of each piece of furniture before replacing it on the new oak floor. I can gladly recommend Young Brothers and would purchase from them again if I have more wood flooring installed."

"The installers were very hard workers and I greatly appreciate what they did. Everything looks great for the most part. They could've cleaned up the wood chips in the basement where they were cutting the floor boards. There was a shop vac right where they were working. I'm going down today to clean it up. They did sweep in the areas where the floor was installed. The wrong corner rounds were ordered, but they found some of the right ones and installed them. They have to rtn next wk to install the rest. (Some of the transition pieces weren't exactly in the right place.)"
