"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. "I left a message during the day and he called me back that evening to schedule an appointment the next evening. Arrived on time. He disassembled the drier to look at all possibly affected parts. It turned out out to be our motor and blower were the issues, but because the parts were discontinued he was upfront on the possible repair cost. He explained everything as he went through the machine and gave recommendations for future use. We would definitely call him in the future."

"<p>He was able to schedule a repair the same day that I called.   He showed up in the afternoon as promised and called shortly before he arrived.   He took the dryer completely apart to get to the broken sensor and replaced it.   While the dryer was apart he cleaned it and confirmed that it was working before he left.   He also noticed and repaired a whole in the duct from the dryer to the outside (critical safety catch for a gas dryer).     </p> <p>I've used him before  for a washer repair and highly recommend Art's.   I wish he repaired more than washers and dryers.   My first experience was based on the Angie's list reviews so thanks to everyone who uses Angie's list and writes a review afterwards.</p> <br />"
