"Alex from Non Stop Repair was great! He came the first day that I called to ask for service. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my dryer’s operation. He diagnosed the problem, brought the part that was malfunctioning and fixed the dryer. Although I do not want to need him again for my dryer, if another appliance breaks, I would not hesitate to call him at Non Stop Repair."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Dilshod did a superb job repairing my dryer. I don’t think there is anything he can’t fix."

"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair."

"Quality work, repair was completed the same day. Frank was a very pleasant and explained what the problem was and the coast to repair."

"Very knowledgeable about the appliance. He was in an auto accident and still fixed my ovens with one hand in a sling. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you for getting my ovens up and running for the holidays"

"Emergency call on Thanksgiving, my oven stopped heating , reached out he arrived a few hours later diagnosed a bad heater and replaced it day of,saved my holiday!"

"He did not fix it the first time, and I called, it took new parts and he came, I mean they were very prompt, very responsive and he came back.  There was not a service charge the second time he came back and we went through the whole thing again with a new part and he determined what the problem was, but then it was still acting up and I called and left a message and the owner got back to me.  The owner said here's what I want you to do, please use the oven, try baking with it and then monitor the temperature.  He said if it's still acting up you call me and I'll come out myself.  So they were extremely responsive.  I have no idea, because I don't know what the costs run these days.  I mean, I couldn't buy a new stove for that, but. He spent a good deal of time, he was not, it wasn't I need to install these parts and run out of your house.  He explained to me everything he was doing, he explained what was happening with the oven, he explained the heating procedure.  I mean, I learned a lot."
