As new damages were discovered during repairs, they were amenable to take on the additional work and renegotiate the contract as needed. "Josh fit me into his busy schedule, which was great, but there were major miscommunication issues. When we did a walkthrough, he gave me a quote that I agreed to; when he sent the contract, however, the quote was $10k higher than he had stated. I agreed to it because I needed the work done ASAP, as my previous contractor had cancelled at the last minute. Josh gave me a small refund for not doing one part of the job but refused to correct or refund me for multiple items that were done incorrectly. Now I am spending thousands of dollars to fix things that should have been done in the first place. One of the contractors I hired to repair the work said he was appalled both by the shoddy job and the lack of recompense. I do not recommend this company."

I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."
