"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

The addition seamlessly blends with the original spaces, making it feel like a natural extension of my home. "These guys worked their hardest in the worst heat to: dig out an obscene amount of gravel left over from a swingset area, lay a concrete pad, build a gazebo. The project was done as quickly as possible and the site was always kept clean. Michael and Greg always kept in communication with us and the final project is now my favorite thing about our house."
