"It went remarkably well. We had a lot to get done on an older home with significant architectural details that were respected by NorPro. I met with 9 contractors and I am very happy I went with NorPro. Our renovation took a little longer than we expected but not due to NorPro, instead, the company worked with us as other groups dropped the ball (like the appliance delivery/installation group). Norm was the contractor and, while it was clear he had a lot of other projects going on, he always kept us in the loop and was easy to reach and always seemed like he was available when we needed to talk with him. His plumber, electrician, and generalist (Chris) were also incredible to work with and offered creative solutions to some of the unique problems we faced. We have a little bit more to do one day and I will be reaching back out to NorPro when we are ready to tackle that project."

We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom.
