"My friend, Hosea Crooms had to have his roof replaced from a guarantee. These people have stalled for over 1 year and are refusing to pay for materials in an attempt to reduce their obligation to my friend. A Mr. Jack Lambert said he inspected my friend's roof but never actually did the inspection after writing an inspection report that the roof was fine. A second inspector, did a follow-up inspection and found many problems with the roof after Mr. Lambert failed to actually inspect the roof. The roof is replete with bad wood as well as 2 bad pipe boots that still have to be replaced. There is also excessive condensation in the attic. Collin's is refusing to do anything more, until Mr. Crooms pays for materials, which is not part of the guarantee. These people are dishonest and are simply trying to wear my friend down, which will not happen. These people are dishonest and employee deceptive business practices."

"Well this is the 2nd time writing about this company and a low rating on my experience with them. This is a review based on my experience. They installed our glass shower October 2017. On April 8, 2019 the glass just shattered. My husband was in the family room and he heard the glass just break. On that same day we called them and sent pictures of the shower section. We figured we would just go back to the company that installed it and get it fixed, it would save us time. Boy was we wrong. They came out and did measurements and told us it would be 7-10 business days. We thought the guy was going to clean up the glass but he told us that wasn't his job and that we needed to call the office to get it done. We called the office and they told us that they couldn't send someone to clean up the glass they would have to charge us. He said it would be cleaned up when they installed the replacement glass. So we waited 2 1/2 weeks and called and was informed that they did the measurement wrong and had to come back out and remeasure. I was annoyed because had we not called them they never would have called us. I was told by the owner that for the inconvenience they would refund me back $50. I then inquired if someone could at least come and clean the glass up since it was their fault that we didn't have our replacement glass. He still said it would be an additional charge. They came back out to remeasure on 4/26/19. The guy that came out told my husband that someone was coming that next day (Saturday) to clean up the glass. Well no one came as I suspected. I called on today (5/10/19) 2 weeks later to find out about the door and was told that someone would have to call me back. I am really getting tired of the lies, the runaround and delay. On 5/10/19 they called me back and informed me that they received the glass yesterday and there was a chip in the glass and they returned it for repair. She said they would get it back Monday and she would call me. I asked her how could it take 7-10 days to make a glass but now only 1 day to replace the glass. She told me she informed them this is a rush. It should have been a rush when they took the wrong measurements and made us wait an additional 3 weeks. They were supposed to call me back on Monday 5/13. After not hearing from them my husband called very upset to inquire about the glass. They informed him that the glass came in and someone would be out today to install. They called at 8:05am this morning that they had the glass and would be at the house in 30 minutes. They arrived, cleaned the broken glass up but yet again they say the glass won't fit the measurements are wrong. I believe they lied to us and was just trying to appease my angry husband by sending someone out. This will be the third time that someone will have to measure. Mind you this is not a whole shower enclosure just one panel and it's 6 weeks and still has not been repaired."

"Brian’s crew was efficient, on-time, showed up when they said they’d be there, work ethic was outstanding. The work itself was seamless and I referred his team to other neighbors who had the same great work product done by super people. I would use them again with zero hesitation."

"Tropical Paradise Flooring was really easy to work with. They kept all scheduled appointments and returned calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. We selected them to remove tile in our kitchen and then install new, continuous flooring throughout the condo. We also asked them to install a backsplash in the kitchen. We removed the baseboards and Tropical Paradise Flooring was to replace, to include caulking. First, the positives. The backsplash looks great. The detail work is incredible. The floor tile looks good. It is straight and the offsets lineup perfectly. The negatives. All of the baseboards were not caulked. Some of the baseboards will need to be redone. The kickplate in kitchen was removed, but not replaced. The grout is thin in some spots and completely missing in others. It is going to need to be re-grouted. There was little to no clean-up. They left a mess. We agreed to a lower price to account for these issues. We would not use this company again."
