"We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen earlier this year to put in a new bathroom in our basement plus do a minor remodel (countertop replacements) on all of our other bathrooms to match the new one. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. He didn't try to "upsell", had some great money- and space-saving ideas, was flexible about use of (approved) subcontractors, and was honest about what was (and was not) possible in our unique and limited space.   We hope to use them in our remodel. <br />"

"I’m very pleased with our basement renovation and I will hire them again for the next project. Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint. We will definitely hire Lasting Improvements again."

"Well the guy that was doing most of the work showed up an hour late and I told him that the contractor said they would be working from 8 to 5 and he said OK but I usually come around 9 but if I wanted him their at 8am he could do that it didn't happen. The work took longer then the 4 days that the contractor Bob said it would but it was mostly well done. I had some issues with the guy doing the work but his work  was good except I had to call Bob in and tell him what needed to be fix. Bob had all the things fixed that I pointed out. <br /> This was the second contrator to redo my bath because the first one I paid to do it didn't know what he was doing and I had to have almost the whole thing redone by Bonb's. <br /> Over all I'm pleased with the work and people think it looks great and everything is working and you get a 2 year warrenty from Bob so yes I would hire him to do another job for me. <br />"

"I had hooked up a used gas dryer in my new home and it wasn't producing any heat.  Was it the used dryer or had the gas line been disconnected somewhere in the basement?  My first experience with a plumber.  Both guys were very professional and right on time (same day, mind you - West O).  Turns out my gas line had two valves in front of the wall and the issue was fixed very quickly.  Bonehead miss on my part, but considering it could have been a lot worse, I was very happy.  Considering they were very honest and didn't try to scam me, I was very happy.  I'll be calling these guys back when I redo my bathroom. <br />"
