"Everything went very well. Rema was very professional, prompt, and efficient. The underground drain was blocked with debris. Rema removed part of the gutter pipe and inserted a snake to clear the drain. The underground pipe was cleared and I saw water dispensing onto the street, along with the debris that was blocking the pipe.
