"We had recently purchased a house and were looking to ultimately re-do the basement. Given the age of the house (built in 1912), we knew there would be asbestos SOMEWHERE in the house and testing showed that a good portion of the basement tile (which had just been carpeted over) was asbestos. At first, we were a little hesitant to go with the lower-cost option because asbestos removal is nothing to skimp on. Once we were scheduled, everything went very smoothly: they were on time, professional, thorough, and completed the job in the time allotted (even finishing a little earlier than we expected). John came to get them set up, and then left the work to two guys. We selected an independent company to do an air clearance test and Eco Tech coordinated the visit once they were done with the work.
